The shamanistic view of the world is that it is all made up of energy. By learning to experience ourselves and the world around us as energy we develop more connection to our wisdom and clarity as well as greater access to life moving through us! In this experiential and informative class series you will learn about your energy (separate from your emotions and your thoughts) and how it relates to the people and the world around you. The introductory class (August 5) will start with the importance of the physical body and grounding. On August 12, we will explore sensing energy and discovering your way of perceiving. On August 19, we will address what actually is your energy and will provide tools on how to clear your energetic field (of what is "not" yours). In the last class on August 26, we will go deeper in our understanding of energetic boundaries and how to maintain your own energetic space and sense of self through the practice of shielding (sometimes called protection). Whether you are new or experienced with shamanism or energy practices, you will leave with practical tools and experiential knowledge of yourself as energy - allowing you to open to more presence, joy, and vitality in your life!
