Firewalking

Firewalking is an opening to limitless potential of being that is our birthright as humans. We have abilities and strengths that never get tapped, simply because we are afraid to challenge our own fears and take responsibility for what it might mean if we are greater than we think we are.

One of the first things we are taught as children is that fire burns. We take this thought on as a belief that is irrevocable and fundamental. By doing so we create a limitation on ourselves, a boundary on our own full potential. If it wasn't true that fire burns all the time, what else that you have been telling yourself might also not be true? This is the gift and lesson of firewalking: by challenging our beliefs we open up our perspective and begin to take responsibility for creating something more expanded and powerful with our lives.

We use firewalking to teach people about setting intent and working through obstacles that arise. We teach people to be present with themselves and their fears, working with the energy of the fear rather than fighting against it. During the walk we do many exercises that help you acknowledge obstacles and raise the energy required to move through them. Part of the process is to discover how you habitually treat obstacles, how to undo your personal unconscious strategies, and then how move into a place of integrity and strength, rather than avoidance or deflection.

WOW!!! The workshop and firewalk were incredible! I went to the workshop open to whatever experience there was for me and left just in awe! Heather Ash and Raven blew me away. Watching you work was so inspiring. I heard myself think, "I want what they have." The peace and dedication to your work is amazing. I have been to other workshops that did not have NEAR the power this one did. I had the most incredible experience. Thank you, thank you. - Firewalk Participant, North Carolina
