Sunday Evening Chanting Circle
CHANT Healing And Nurturing Together Join us at the Toltec Center for a session of exploration into chanting as a form of fueling your healing or intentions. You do not need to be a singer; you just need to bring your open heart and willingness to use your body as an instrument to create sound and song vibrations that we will offer to the Universe. We will begin with a short meditation to set our own individual intentions and then we will learn and sing chants from many sources and traditions. Indigenous people have always used their voices to sing of their emotions, prayers and offerings. Come and experience the juice that chanting in an intentional group can give to your soul. Indeed, caring for children of all ages can provide unlimited opportunities for personal growth, if we do so with awareness, intention, and an open heart. But sometimes those opportunities can be challenging to navigate! How would you like to be supported in your role of caretaker? What tools would help you to integrate your duties as a parent or caregiver into your spiritual journey?
